EVERY PLAN OUT THERE SEEMS SIMILAR. WHY IS THIS UNIQUE?

For starters, I do the program with you so I understand what you are experiencing and am truly "in it with you." I have tested a variety of different wellness plans and challenges - gut resets, juice cleanses, parasite cleanse (yep!), colon cleanses, fitness challenges and most recently, a metabolism reset.

​

Yes, you will notice that my programs will incorporate some of what you've seen already: meal plans, grocery inspo, fitness motivation and mindfulness...however my approach is far from generic. At Monarch I set out to develop a relationship with my client that feels more like a friendship - authentic and light-hearted...but I won't let you off the hook! My clients feel like they are checking their boxes and doing their "homework" to please me, but throughout the process, they empower themselves and create a healthier relationship within.

"THE QUICKIE"

A five-day hard-core detox to reset your body of toxins getting you back to feeling like yourself again! This is perfect if you are looking to decrease your bloat, shed some water weight and get back to a healthier routine.

​

This plan is a favorite for "pre" or "post" vacation (or both!).

​

NO DAYS OFF.

"FOUNDATIONAL 14"

A two-week program that builds a concrete foundation towards a wellness lifestyle. This plan is targeted for those who have a solid understanding of what works for them but need to be pushed to stay consistent and be held accountable.

​

By committing to 14 days, you will begin to replace cravings (yes, you can actually learn to crave kale!), release toxins, reset your gut and perhaps shed a few.

​

If you find yourself in a place where you know what you "NEED to do" but cannot stay motivated to actually DO IT, I can help. I have designed multiple programs to meet the needs of someone looking for a quick-fix or someone who is truly struggling. Being in my 40's, I understand things are not as easy as they used to be - I am with you! Because our wellbeing means finding balance in every area of who we are, I incorporate food, supplements, fitness, breath work and daily mantras into each custom program with simplicity and ease.

"WEEKEND WARRIOR"

This one-month program is designed for those who want to make a real change but have a busy social schedule. Your first full week is a strict detox for 7 days. For the next three weeks you have the option of (carefully) loosening up the reigns over the weekends with a commitment to return to your program that Monday.

​

This 30-day plan is geared towards those who want more balance in order to realistically achieve their personal goals resulting in a healthy lifestyle they can maintain for life.

 

NO DAYS OFF FOR WEEK ONE...SOME FOOD & FITNESS DAYS OFF THEREAFTER.

"30 to thrive"

A one-month regimented program where you see and feel real change happen. Unwanted habits begin to significantly shift after 18 days so the last push of this plan will not seem as challenging as the first. 

The program will not just instill new, strong clean habits but it will decrease inflammation, increase weight loss + energy, uplift your mood, support restful sleep, reset your gut, detox your body, provide clarity, create an easy mindfulness practice and provide a positive "can-do" approach to your daily life.

 

SOME FITNESS DAYS OFF

"THREE TO BE FREE"

A three-month mostly-strict program where an ultimate transformation happens. You detach from unwanted habits like sugar and salt cravings and begin to truly listen and learn what YOUR your body is asking for - from whole foods, to your favorite mix of fitness to a meditation practice that actually works. Say goodbye to food and missed workouts controlling you and making you feel guilty. You will "take back the night!" That is just the beginning...

"THREE TO BE FREE" is for those who want to move the needle...not just an inch but a true 180 degrees to feel the change, see the change and be the change. You will decrease inflammation, increase weight loss + energy, uplift your mood, support restful sleep, reset your gut, detox your body, provide clarity, create an easy mindfulness practice and provide an unstoppable and grateful daily mindset.

You will attain a lifestyle of freedom that you will want to maintain.
