I also work one-on-one with clients to keep them on-track to meet their wellness goals with a non-linear, "think outside of the box" plan.

I love to travel and explore the world in order to experience wellness through various walks of life - always challenging myself to change my perspective and learn how to be a better person, which is why I offer wellness retreats allowing ourselves to heal and grow.
